How To Build Muscles Without Tools, Weights or Any Equipment At All.

Weights or equipment can be very useful when it comes to building muscles but the weights are expensive and so is joining a gym and paying the monthly fees. Any kind of equipment is just taking away all the space in your house and most of the time we are just overloaded with muscle building tools and equipment.

For some people joining a gym is just too expensive or maybe they lack the time or perhaps they just don’t want to workout with weights or equipment and instead learn how to build and maintain muscles without weights and visiting a gym.

But what is the most effective way to build muscles at home?

There are many approaches to that and in my opinion the traditional push ups, squats, pull ups and sit ups are still the best. However these kind of exercises are mastered rather quickly and then you most probably wonder what you can do about that.

The first step would be not to give up or to get discouraged by that. Many people think they are done at this point and their muscle growth has come to an end because they can now do many reps and the muscle just does not get stimulated enough anymore. Consequently their muscles don’t grow anymore.

1. Don’t do the same thing over and over again. There are many kind of different bodyweight exercises. If you just take push ups as an example: there are so many different kind of push ups, you will not believe it. The same goes for squats, pull ups and sit ups. Just search around and you will find many variations of one simple exercises but as you will find out they are often not as easy as they look like.

2. Make sure you always perform your exercises slow and controlled. Many times we do them fast and only half way but I guarantee that if you will perform them slower and without using momentum you will see how many reps you can really do. I learned the hard way when I thought that I could easily do 50 push ups but in the end they were just 20 really good performed push ups with proper form.

3. If you ever feel discouraged or down I recommend you listen to your favourite songs that get you pumped up and ready to go. I motivated myself often times doing that and I would also picture my dream physique in my head so I had the goal in mind that gets me going.

These 3 tips helped me A LOT and I wish someone had told me this earlier so wouldn’t have to struggle so much with my goal of building muscles at home without weights.

Another great advise that I can give you is to take before and after pictures of yourself. So before you start working out take a picture of yourself and each month take another one and you will be surprised at how much your body has changed. Looking in the mirror everyday is a big mistake as you will not see much progress but believe me it’s there. Take Pictures!
